We have a great city staff that is operating within the structure of a long standing culture. Though there have been times that I wished that the city staff had taken different actions than they did, they were operating within the framework that they are given. Creating a culture in which quality of life takes precedence over quantity of business is not going to come from the city staff or even the City Council. It has to come from people who care enough about their community to get involved. We have a smart and energetic city staff eager to do well by the citizens of our community.
